The NBA's Miami Heat lost their ninth consecutive game Wednesday night to the Milwaukee Bucks, dropping the team's record to 8-28. The day before they fell to the 5-29 Minnesota Timberwolves amid renewed speculation coach Pat Riley will step down (for a second time) at the end of the season.
It has to be tough for Heat TV announcers Eric Reid and Tony Fiorentino to broadcast the carnage to fans back home. But if the loss to the lowly Wolves on Tuesday wasn't bad enough, there's this from the Palm Beach Post's Tom D'Angelo:
During the game, a young fan wearing a (Dwyane) Wade jersey and sitting behind the Heat broadcasters became sick, hitting the sports coat on the back of analyst Tony Fiorentino's chair. Of course, the youngster can't be blamed for feeling queasy while watching his favorite team.
