Our friend Chris O'Shea at The Hot Route asked us to participate in a Super Bowl poll of sports bloggers from across the sphere and while the results clearly tilt towards the favored New England Patriots, there are enough New York Giants supporters to make it interesting.
While Chris sees the Pats winning an entertaining shootout 33-27, the Spud likes the Giants 24-23 under the theory that New York's defensive line and linebackers will keep New England quarterback Tom Brady off-kilter just enough to enable Tom Coughlin's team to eke out the victory.
